Another Outdoor Bread Oven

Thanks to Chickens in the Road for the link to this great article from Mother Earth News on building an outdoor bread oven.

This oven can grill, griddle, bake, smoke, etc.   It's brilliant!

The oven looks awesome, but it's really designed for California weather.    Our freeze/thaw would cause some problems unless it was covered either with a structure, or with a tarp - but with a tarp, you'd have to be vigilant and remember to cover after it cooled some.   I'd never remember.
