Hint: The variety has a state name in it. When you hear them from close by they say 'See-bee, see-bay'. Answer below the fold.
Answer: Carolina Chickadee.
There's an east west line somewhere around Indianapolis and south of that line we get Carolina Chickadees; north of the line they get Black Capped Chickadees. They're pretty much identical, but they have different songs. Black Capped Chickadees say, 'cheeeese-burg-er'
